We appreciated this hotel. Besides, the location was favourable and great for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of a beachfront park. A supermarket and a large supermarket were right next door. It was 10 minutes drive to the airport.

The location of this hotel was absolutely fantastic, with the beach right at our doorstep and Ashford Ave just a short walk away. It was so convenient to be able to walk to the tourist area of Condado and have access to supermarkets nearby. Another positive aspect was that the room itself looked just like the pictures online, and the air conditioning worked great, making the room comfortably cool. The fact that we felt safe at all times was definitely a plus as well.
One of the biggest downsides of our stay was the lack of cleanliness in the apartment. While the floor was swept, it was clear that it was rarely mopped, as the bottom of our new slippers got quite dirty.

Our recent stay at Avila Beach was in a small room with no windows, which was not mentioned in the room description. The AC was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep at night. On our last day, we experienced a power outage, leaving us with no electricity or means to charge our devices. I would not recommend this place due to these drawbacks.
